Important Notes:
- Pearls are natural gemstones and may feature unique growth lines, pores, or marks, which add to their authenticity. These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
- All products are custom-made and not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Exchange Policy (Within 7 Days)
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item, provided it is:
- Unused
- In its original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact
Exchanges are free of charge.
Return Policy (Within 1 Month – Quality Issues Only)
Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. To initiate a return:
- Contact us at harmonikusa@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Once approved, follow the provided instructions to return the item.
Please Note:
- Returns for artificial damage are not accepted.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to a quality issue.
